The REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW) is a trade association providing services to the real estate community in northeast Wisconsin, with membership of over 2400 professionals. The REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW) is a trade association providing services to the real estate community in northeast Wisconsin, with membership of nearly 2000 professionals. Our local Association is part of the greater real estate community, affiliated with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®. The Multiple Listing Service of RANW serves an even broader market, including Waushara, Calumet and parts of Marinette and Door Counties. REALTOR® Membership is available to Wisconsin licensed real estate brokers and salespersons, as well as licensed or certified appraisers. The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Membership in RANW also includes a large contingent of Affiliate members, whose businesses have interests in real estate and who are supportive of the Association and its REALTOR® members. The objectives of the Northeast Association are to:

-Unite those engaged in the recognized branches of the real estate profession in the Northeast community for the purpose of exerting a beneficial influence upon the profession and related interest.

-Promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.

-Further the interest of home and other real property ownership.

-Unite those engaged in the real estate profession in the community with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTOR®, thereby furthering their own objectives throughout the state and nation, and obtaining the benefits and privileges of membership therein.

-Designate, for the benefit of the public, individuals authorized to use the terms REALTOR® as licensed, prescribed, and controlled by the National Association of REALTORS®. The REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin strives through collective and cooperative services, to enhance the competency and integrity by which its members will succeed.

Batch 1: The 2026 RANW Annual Meeting - This year’s RANW Annual Meeting felt like the culmination of everything our association stands for — service, resilience, and a deep commitment to community. From the Menasha tornado response to the Foundation’s incredible impact, from MLS advancements to thoughtful merger conversations, 2026 was a year defined by showing up. You could feel it in the energy, in the gratitude, and in the way members connected with one another. It was a reminder that RANW isn’t just an organization; it’s a collective force for good across 11 counties, 23 markets, and every neighborhood we touch.

And then came the keynote. Holly Hoffman didn’t just speak — she moved the entire room. Her story of perseverance from her time on Survivor resonated deeply with a membership that had weathered its own storms this year, literally and figuratively. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house, not because her journey was dramatic, but because it mirrored our own: choosing courage, choosing community, choosing to keep going. Walking out of that meeting, it was impossible not to feel proud. Proud of the work we do, proud of the people we do it with, and proud to belong to a community that leads with heart, integrity, and unwavering purpose.

Still glowing from the 2026 Annual Meeting. Our EPA winners weren’t just impressive — they were the complete package. Excellence, leadership, and heart. I’m so lucky to be part of these relationships… what we have here is pure magic. The Jim Smith Excellence in Professionalism isn't just about greatness. It's about the soul of this business. Jim was not just involved in this Association and MLS. He was one of the organs who made it live for as long as it has. His soulful wisdom lives on in his daughter and family and we are so lucky to be able to celebrate him every year with this award. He deserves a statue. But you, the winners of this great prize are the real prize. How wonderful to have all of you make the world a better place in Jim's name. Bless you. Congratulations from all of us.
