BOARD MEETING TOMORROW — WE HOPE TO SEE YOU!
Monday, October 12th at 7:30 PM in the Lower Gild Hall
A quick reminder that our October Board Meeting is tomorrow evening, and we'd love to see some of our pool members there!
Don't worry, you won't have to sit through a long meeting! We're just asking members to stop by for the first 10–20 minutes to catch up with the board and other pool families, hear a little about how the season went, and share any thoughts, questions, or ideas for next summer. Kids are welcome, too!
Arden Swim Club is run by volunteers, and we really value hearing from the people who enjoy the pool each summer. Whether you have something on your mind or just want to stop in and say hello, we'd love to see you!

Already looking forward to another summer at the pool? We're making it easy to plan ahead and save!
Renew by November 1, 2026, with an initial $100 payment to lock in your 2027 membership (at a discounted 2026 rate!!).
Early Renewal Discounts
15% OFF when paying entirely by cash or check
10% OFF when paying by credit card
We're happy to offer a little extra savings to members who pay by cash or check! Credit card processing comes with additional fees, so paying by cash or check helps keep costs down and allows more of your membership dollars to go directly toward our pool.
A quick note about discounts: To receive the 15% discount, all payments toward your membership must be made by cash or check. If you use a credit card for any portion of your membership, the 10% discount will apply instead.
Senior citizen and bondholder discounts are also available. Only one discount may be applied per membership, and the highest eligible discount will be used.
Flexible Payments — Whatever Works for You!
Just $100 is due by November 1 to secure your discounted rate. After that, you can pay the remaining balance in whatever amounts and whenever works best for you!
Pay a little at a time or make larger payments along the way. You can also mix cash and check payments and still enjoy the full 15% discount.
Your remaining balance simply needs to be paid by May 1, 2027.

A Quick Update About Membership Payments
Beginning with the 2027 season, we will no longer accept membership payments through Venmo. We previously accepted payments through board members' personal accounts as a temporary convenience, but we're discontinuing that practice to protect our volunteers and avoid additional fees.
Membership payments can be made by cash, personal check, or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to processing fees.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep costs down so we can put more resources toward maintaining and improving the pool!

JOIN US FOR DINNER GILD — SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17!
Have you heard of Dinner Gild? It's a wonderful Arden tradition that brings neighbors, Arden Club members, and their guests together for an affordable, homemade meal. It's all about good food, friendship, and community!
On Saturday, October 17, Arden Swim Club will be volunteering in the kitchen!
What's for Dinner?
We'll be preparing homemade chicken or mushroom pot pie, made from scratch with vegetables and topped with a golden, buttery crust!
Dinner also includes a goat cheese salad and chocolate éclair cake for dessert.
Bringing the kids? Kids eat FREE!
Kid-friendly options, including hot dogs and French fries, will be available. Please include all children in your reservation, even if they'll be having the kids' meal, so we know how much food to prepare.

Doors open: 5:15 PM
Dinner served: 6:00 PM
Arden Club members: $15
Non-members: $20
Kids: FREE!
Payment: Credit cards accepted
Reservations are required!

Please plan to arrive on time, as food cannot be guaranteed after 6:30 PM.

We're looking for cooks and helpers to join the Swim Club volunteers! Whether you'd like to help prepare food, cook, or serve dinner, we'd love to have you. It's a fun way to get involved and spend time with fellow members!

After dinner, we'll gather in the Shady Grove for a bonfire with s'mores, hot chocolate, and c***r!
