On Sunday evening members were dispatched for a structure fire under automatic mutual aid with Fleischmanns Fire Dept. Units quickly responded and on the way to the scene 911 confirmed a fully involved structure fire. Upon arrival 5 inch hose was laid down the driveway to a pumper and tanker shuttle was established bringing water off 28 to a secondary location at the end of the driveway. While the main structure was fully involved upon arrival, units were able to save a nearby garage and car from becoming ignited. Members remained on scene until midnight to ensure the fire was extinguished.
