HP volunteers recently spent the afternoon at our CHOICE Woodstock day program helping create fall-themed crafts with the individuals we support. 🍂🎨

We're grateful to welcome HP back for another volunteer experience filled with creativity, connection and seasonal fun. Thank you for sharing your time and talents and helping make the day so special.

The Clearbrook team was proud to volunteer at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo ahead of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, one of the city's most anticipated annual events. 🏃💙

Our staff and board members spent Friday packing and distributing race packets, helping thousands of participants prepare for race weekend. The marathon weekend was especially meaningful as our own President and CEO, Jessica Smart, and Director of Intermediate Care Facilities, Liliana Guzman, were among this year's runners.

We're grateful for opportunities to support events that bring our community together and celebrate dedication, perseverance and teamwork, both on and off the course. 💙🏅

🍂 Staying steady and safe this fall!

Individuals across Clearbrook recently participated in Fall Prevention events led by our Therapy Department. From balance and grip strength assessments to fall prevention education and exercises, everyone had the opportunity to learn helpful skills that support independence, wellness, and confidence.

A big thank you to our therapy team for making these engaging and informative events possible! 💙

🧠💚 World Mental Health Day

Mental health support should be accessible to everyone.

At Clearbrook's Community Mental Health Centers, we provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health concerns. Services are available to both Clearbrook individuals and members of the community.

💚 On World Mental Health Day, we recognize the importance of accessible mental health care and encourage continued efforts to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
