BREAKING 🚨: The Virginia NAACP calls on the Virginia Department of Elections to grant deadline extensions like they have done for numerous candidates in the past.
"The fact that the recently disqualified candidates were of color who sought to challenge incumbent legislators adds to our concerns."

PLEASE SHARE 🚨: The growing evidentiary record shows that numerous legislators owe their incumbency to the gracious deference summarily denied to three Black candidates on Wednesday – which mutes the voices of well over 100K Virginians.

We’re going to keep collecting, though. There are thousands who don’t know that there are “off year” June elections for delegate because there hasn’t been one since 09.
