I love my job, I love building. Did I always know I was going to be doing his? No, but it sure is a passion. It became a passion because I was exposed to it as a kid, thanks to my father. When I was a kid growing up, we did have shop class in school. I used to build go-carts, forts, bikes, treehouses. But kids don't have that anymore in a lot of places. They are not learning about basic building skills. That's why I am a big supporter of the skilled trades.
I want to see kids get excited about developing their skills and talents. I want them to learn that they can change the world using their skills and talents. It's about educating the next generation. It's about exposing them to different careers
