Greetings Bulldog Families!

Thank you to everyone who participated in today’s Parent Conference Day! Together, we held about 215 conferences either in-person, over the phone, or virtually. It was a wonderful opportunity to partner with our families, strengthen our relationships, and collaborate on best supporting our students.

As this was our first time hosting conferences in this format at the secondary level, we hope you found the conversations valuable and productive. During these sessions, we were able to share key insights on student progress, intervention classes, TELPAS, and provide technical support to help empower you in supporting your child’s learning at home.

Our next parent conference day is February 12th. To help us refine our processes and make the experience even better, we would deeply appreciate your feedback. The Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Arlington ISD and is proud to offer the What’s Your Big Idea? Entrepreneurship Contest.

The What’s Your Big Idea? Entrepreneurship Contest is a contest created by kids for kids. Twenty-one years later, the WYBIEC is still fostering the entrepreneurial spirit in 3rd-12th graders.

Any students interested in entering the contest should stop by Mrs. Grenier’s room 906 to pick up an entry form. All entries must be submitted by Wednesday, November 4.

Good news from our orchestra program this past weekend. Students auditioned for the Region 5 Orchestra. These auditions were not easy, and it was very hard to make the groups. The competition was very tight in all sections!

The following students made the Region Orchestra and will represent Boles at the Region Concert in November. Please help us congratulate them on their hard work.
