Join Arlington County’s Initiative to Rethink Energy and the City of Alexandria at our first ever electric vehicle (EV) and sustainable technologies showcase! Get inspired by seeing a variety of electric cars, scooters, bikes, motorcycles, police cars, buses, trucks and information on other alternative fuel technologies.

• Come test drive an electric vehicle!
• Attend panelist sessions and participate in Q&A
• Learn about EVs and charging technologies from industry professionals
• See and test out a variety of electric bikes and scooters!
• Hear first-hand EV ownership experiences from local residents

Come ready to engage and learn about electric vehicle technology at this family friendly event! Games and learning opportunities will be available for children.

Arlington to Add First Electric School Buses for a Cleaner Fleet!

Arlington to Add First Electric School Buses for a Cleaner Fleet - Newsroom APS, working collaboratively with the County’s Department of Environmental Services, will receive a $795,000 grant from the state, to be spent on three fully electric buses (EV buses) that will replace three with diesel engines.
