It's my birthday! Another year around the sun.
I'm thankful for my family and friends and people who have supported me.

Hey there, it's Erin here and in just a couple of days it will be my birthday. I am so excited for this next chapter of my life. Over the last few months, I have reevaluated my goals and my priorities.

Like most things, it will take time and some restructuring is involved, but with God and prayer, I am ready.

I can't wait to post about what I prayed for in the near future.

Why is building confidence important, and how do you do it?

Well, I think building confidence is important because it helps you trust your abilities. You can't do this without failing a few times and making mistakes.

By staying consistent and taking action toward your goals, you start to believe in yourself more after the small wins.

One thing I am convinced about, and no one can tell me, is that I will go hungry. I always say I will not go hungry. I say this because I am willing to put in the work to put food on the table and provide for my family of one.

You do not have to be loud or overly confident; just silently know you "got this" is good enough.

How do you show people you love your business?

You show people you love your business by consistently serving with passion, taking pride in your work, and creating an experience that makes customers feel valued and confident in choosing you. When you care about what you do, it shows in every detail—and that’s what builds trust and loyalty.

Meal prepping is successful because it helps you save time, reduce stress, control portions, and make healthier choices—and that’s why creating systems matters, because simple routines and habits make success easier to repeat and maintain.

What is your process when you receive an order?
How soon do you follow up on unpaid invoices?

These are questions I had to answer along the way. I did not have a process in place. When I received the order, I completed it. No CRM tools or follow-up with clients on payment. I assumed I would get paid within the contracted timeframe. Sometimes that does not happen. Everyone is human and they make mistakes, and you have to send a friendly reminder or follow up in the event a mistake happens.

Creating systems and processes have allowed me to become more efficient and organized in my business, and if needed, I will continue to seek out methods and advice that would help me streamline tasks as I grow.

There are times I will scroll on social media and see people promoting their business going overtime. They have the graphics, the videos, the content, just all the whistles and bells. I wonder, how do they have time between work, gym, and trying to eat right - I am crunched on time. Then the magic light bulb went off in my head. You see them all the time because they are consistent. We do not know how they started; all we know is that we see their content on our timeline. Consistency turns effort into results.

If you have a busy schedule, schedule your content.
If you're tired, keep it short and sweet.
If you're unmotivated, rely on the scheduled content.
If you have no content, research and unplug and get inspired.

Let's be honest, we are not all meant to be rocket scientists, but the quote, "If they can do it, you can do it," has truth to it.
