Incredible progress on E-Space HQ! This 480 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and office space and 30k+ sq. ft. asset is EDC-owned and will be leased to the satellite manufacturer, creating community wealth and bringing high-wage, high-tech jobs to Arlington.

Caravan Court, Valencia Collection has been named a finalist in the Hotel Midscale category for the 46th annual Gold Key Awards for Excellence in Hospitality Design. The Gold Key Awards celebrate exceptional hospitality projects from around the world.

Formerly the site of the Caravan Motel property on the southeast corner of Collins and Division streets, the project pays homage to the historic Bankhead Highway, including restoration and re-use of the iconic Caravan Motor Hotel sign.
