The center provides family history and genealogy services FREE OF CHARGE to individuals and families.
Services provided are ancillary to and supported by the Family History Library located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Arlington Texas Family Search Center is hosted by the Arlington Texas Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) -- the Mormons -- in coordination with other LDS congregations and community volunteers in the region.

We have exciting news! After months of being closed, we are excited to announce the re-opening of the Family History Center located in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints location at 3809 Curt Drive, Arlington, TX 76016!
Starting July 7, 2021, we will be open during our normal hours. We are staffed with volunteers who are ready to help you with your family research.
Parking is located on the backside of the building and our entrance door is just to the right of the fence that surrounds the air conditioning units. Please ring the doorbell and one of our volunteers will let you in. We look forward to seeing you!

"Adam Qureshi, a fourteen-year-old Scout in Southlake, recently completed an important project using BillionGraves.com, “the world’s largest resource for searchable GPS cemetery data,” by organizing volunteers to collect headstone images from Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. As a result of the volunteers’ day of work, the information from almost 13,000 headstones can now be searched by researchers and family members anywhere in the world."
