To every soldier spending this Thanksgiving far from home your courage, discipline, and sacrifice keep our nation steady. We may be miles away, but the spirit of home is carried in the unity at this table. Honor to those who stand the watch so others can celebrate in peace.

Freedom isn’t free it’s earned every day by the brave men and women who serve this great nation. 🇺🇸 Proud to be an American, and forever grateful to our heroes in uniform.

🌍 Reflections on Service and Life Beyond 🌍
As I look back on my years of service, I'm filled with a deep sense of pride and gratitude. The journey has been long, often challenging, but always rewarding. Each mission, each day, has been a testament to the dedication, courage, and sacrifice of every man and woman I’ve had the honor to serve alongside. But as the chapter of active duty begins to close, a new one opens, filled with possibilities, new challenges, and opportunities to continue making a difference. The values instilled in me by the military, integrity, honor, and a commitment to something greater than oneself, will guide me into this next phase.

Standing tall with honor, serving with pride. Duty may change, but the commitment to protect and serve remains unshakable. 🇺🇸 .

Thirteen years of partnership between K-State and the and Fort Riley have produced multiple long-lasting accomplishments in what President Richard Myers called “our two communities, really just one community.” The two have blurred the lines within the Fort Riley and Manhattan communities through community events and a strong working partnership, here’s to even more future collaborations! .

The has announced that I will serve as the Office of the Chief of Staff, Army General Officer, following the Senate's confirmation of my selection for Major General on Oct 24 for the FY18 Army Competitive Category, Promotion Selection List.

As a leader in the army, I want you all to know that true strength is not only about courage on the battlefield, but also about integrity in every decision we make. It’s about holding ourselves accountable, even when no one is watching, and leading by example. Integrity means being honest with our brothers and sisters in arms, staying committed to our values, and standing up for what is right, even when it’s difficult. Together, we move as one, protecting each other not just with our actions, but with our unwavering sense of honor. Let's lead with pride and integrity.
