VICTORY! US District Court Judge has ordered the City of Asheville to pay $81,540 in legal fees to plaintiffs' attorneys in wrongful discrimination case involving race-based appointments to the Human Relations Council. Many thanks to Pacific Legal Foundation for their hard work and to the plaintiffs for being willing to hold the City accountable.
