CANCELED: APCHA’s Oct. 15 HOA Education Series class

“Annual Meetings—Everything You Need to Know!” scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 15, from 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m., has been canceled for both in-person and Zoom attendees.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, presenter Molly Foley-Healy is unable to lead the class.

Molly Foley-Healy of Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis & Payne will lead this class, drawing on her years of experience advising HOAs and her expertise in community association law.

We’ll cover how to:
• Prepare for your HOA’s annual meeting
• Understand meeting notices, quorum and voting procedures
• Navigate board elections and encourage member participation
