Hours: Elkmont, East Limestone, Tanner are open 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Goodsprings Senior Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday.

SENIOR MENUS:
Monday: Orange Juice, Salisbury Steak with gravy, Scalloped Potatoes, Green Peas, Whole Grain White Roll, Assorted Crème Cookies, Milk and Margarine

Tuesday: Grape Juice, Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, Country Corn, California Vegetables, Whole Wheat Bread, White Cake, milk and margarine.

Wednesday: Turkey Pot Roast Stew (1 cup), whipped Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Whole Grain White Roll, Chocolate Pudding, Milk and Margarine.

Thursday: Taco Salad: Taco Seasoned Beef, Lettuce/Cheese/Tomato, Corn Chips, Mexican Beans, Lime Fruited Gelatin, Milk/Chocolate Milk, Sour Cream/Taco Sauce.

Friday: Orange/Pineapple juice, Ham and White Beans, Buttered Rice, Turnip Greens, Cornbread, Oreo Cookies, Milk and Margarine.

Announcements:

If you need help with medication through a PAP/ Pharmaceutical patient assistance programs, or need assistance looking at your Medicare plans, please contact Carla Sims @ 256-233-6412 for more information.
Transportation is available for doctor’s appointments and rides to the senior centers. Call in advance to schedule.
Shopping trips run twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday (except for Holidays). Please call in advance to schedule.

MENU:
Monday: Grape Juice, Lemon Chicken, Wild Rice, Green Peas, Whole Grain White Roll, Rosey Applesauce, Milk, Margarine.

Tuesday: Taco Salad: Taco Seasoned Beef, Lettuce/Cheese/Tomato, Corn Chips, Pinto Beans, Orange Fruited Gelatin, Milk/Chocolate Milk, Sour Cream/Taco Sauce.

Wednesday: Strawberry Kiwi
Juice, BBQ Turkey, White Lime Beans, Garden Vegetables, hamburger Bun, Banana Moon Pie, Milk.

Thursday: Meatloaf/Brown Gravy, Whipped Potatoes, Mustard Greens, Fresh Fruit, Cornbread, Assorted Crème Cookies, Milk, Margarine

Friday: Apple Juice, Southern Chicken Salad, Potato Salad, Sliced Peaches Whole Wheat Bread (2 Slices), Yellow Cake, Milk.

Announcements:

The Administrative office at 503 S. Jefferson St. is open, hours are from 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday.

Medicare Open Enrollment is Almost here!
Medicare open enrollment runs October 15 through December 7 each year. We began taking appointments on September 1st.
