CCHS FFA President Kaydon Jones is representing Georgia FFA as one of just 475 official delegates at the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana!

These 475 student leaders represent more than 1 million FFA members nationwide and play an important role in shaping the future of the organization.

Throughout the convention, delegates participate in discussions, recommend changes to the organization, vote on official business, and elect the next National FFA Officer Team.

We are incredibly proud of Kaydon for earning this opportunity to represent Georgia FFA, demonstrate her leadership, and have a voice in the future of an organization that impacts students across the country!

45 traveled to Perry, Georgia, today to attend FFA Day at the Fair at the Georgia National Fairgrounds!

Students kicked off the day by participating in an engaging leadership session featuring keynote speakers who encouraged them to grow as leaders, embrace new opportunities, and make a positive impact.

Following the leadership session, students had the opportunity to enjoy everything the Georgia National Fair has to offer, from rides and fair food to spending time with fellow FFA members!

It was a great day filled with leadership, fellowship, and fun! We love seeing our make memories and experience all that FFA has to offer!

To wrap up their Poultry Science unit, our Animal Science & Biotechnology put their knowledge to the test by dissecting a chicken! 🐓

This hands-on experience allowed students to explore poultry anatomy, identify major organs and body systems, and make real-world connections to the concepts they’ve been learning in class.

There’s no better way to learn than by getting hands-on!
