Celebrating Superior Court's Breanna Stubbs-Brown for receiving the 4th Quarter Award for “Helping Hands”.
Ms. Stubbs-Brown supports the clinical team that provides treatment services in the Accountability Courts. Not only does she provide direct group and individual substance use and mental health treatment, but she helps coordinate the services of a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of evidence-based programing. She has proven herself a true go-getter, volunteering for special projects and finding ways to improve services for the participants in the program.

Superior Court's F.O.C.U.S Award Winner for 2024 in the Heroism category is Ms. Sarah Sistrunk.
The F.O.C.U.S Awards honor employees that have worked tirelessly to improve the lives of our citizens and their own colleagues every day on the job. Congrats to Ms. Sistrunk with Accountability Court for the bravery she exhibits every day in her job!

Fulton County will resume normal operations on January 23rd.
1) Jurors summoned for jury service Thursday, January 23, 2025, are NOT required to report.
2) Family Violence In-Person Hearings Scheduled Tuesday, January 21, 2025 - Rescheduled to Monday, January 27, 2025.
3) Family Violence In-Person Hearings Scheduled Wednesday, January 22, 2025 - Rescheduled to Friday, January 24, 2025.

Superior Court has extended a state of judicial emergency through January 22nd, closing all courthouse buildings and most services:
1) No jurors are required to report on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
2) Virtual hearings WILL continue as scheduled.
3) Family Division is rescheduling in-person Family Violence hearings. All other Family Division matters scheduled for virtual appearances on January 22, 2025 will proceed. Please see the website for more info.
4) Magistrate Court EWI and 1st Appearance Calendars scheduled to be conducted virtually, WILL proceed as scheduled.

JUDGE GLANVILLE TO BEGIN 2ND TERM AS CHIEF JUDGE IN 2025.
The Honorable Judge Glanville was sworn in as Chief Judge on December 1, 2022. He will continue his tenure in a 2nd term as Chief Judge through 2026
