Our herd 🤍

Nearly every horse walking toward you in this video was once headed for slaughter. Now they spend their days on wide-open pasture, together, safe, and very curious about the camera 😄

Which one would walk up to YOU first? 👀

Trust, earned one quiet day at a time 🤍

These are wild mustangs, rescued from the slaughter pipeline, and this is what they do with their freedom.

Would you reach out, or let them come to you? 🥹

A wild horse that has had 3 chances to be adopted from the BLM, or just happens to be over 10 years old, can be sold without any federal protection!
That's how "protected" wild horses like these end up dumped at auction and headed to fill kill buyers trailers for slaughter in Mexico.

These lucky ones got out, thanks to this incredible community. 🤍

Did you know that loophole existed?! Mind boggling, right?! 😡

🚨 UPDATE: We saved 7 lives from the Stroud kill pen! Stay tuned to see them arrive home 👀

Just a peaceful afternoon at the sanctuary… until a VERY uninvited guest strolled past the hay bale 🐗😂

Nearly every horse at Nirvana was once headed for slaughter. Now the scariest thing in this herd's whole world is one wild hog who wanted to say hi. That's what safe looks like 💛

Did you spot him before they did? 👀

Send this to the friend who'd run the fastest 😂

Three generations. One trailer ride out of the slaughter pipeline.

Mesa, her daughter Sierra, and the baby Sierra was carrying came to us in June from the Stroud, Oklahoma kill pen. Rustler arrived on August 23rd, and now all three are safe.

Which one do you think he takes after — Mom or Grandma?

🚨 UPDATE: This week we saved 7 more lives from that same Stroud kill pen! Stay tuned to see them arrive home 👀

Did you read the New York Times story about America's wild horses? 📰

These are exactly the kind of horses the New York Times article was about: BLM mustangs, pushed into the slaughter pipeline, standing in an Oklahoma kill pen right now.

Calamity and her c**t Stampede. Temperance and her c**t Longmire. Both mares are pregnant again. 6 lives, scheduled to ship to slaughter on Wednesday.

They're the first of the next group of America’s Wild Horses we're fundraising to keep off that truck to slaughter on Wednesday! 🚨

Share this so their story doesn't end as a news cycle ✈️

Donate to keep them safe from slaughter and give all 6 of them sanctuary 🙏🏻

Which one stole your heart? Tell us their name in the comments 🧡

Last weekend, every one of these wild horses stood in the Bowie, Texas auction pens. Today they're safe in quarantine, eating fresh hay, healing, and being called by name.

32 lives. Reservation mustangs, mamas with babies at their sides, bonded pairs who never had to be split up. YOU did this. Every share, every prayer, every dollar.

Now we need you one more time. Calamity and Temperance, two pregnant BLM mamas, and their c**ts Stampede and Longmire are standing in an Oklahoma kill pen. They ship to slaughter on Wednesday. They're the first of the next group of America's wild horses we're fundraising to keep off that truck.

Help us give them the same ending these 32 got 🙏🏻

Can you believe it's only been one week? 🥹

Last weekend they stood in the Bowie auction pens. Moonrise reared in the processing chute, the pens were packed wall to wall, and her yearling Echo stood alone, separated from his mom. Now they're grazing, running, and burying their noses in fresh hay in quarantine, where they'll heal their bodies, minds and spirits.

YOU did this. Every share, every prayer, every dollar.

This is video 5 of 6 today. You'll see every horse we saved over today's series, so stay tuned and meet each one of them by name tomorrow (Sunday)! 🧡

This is a celebration, but we're not finished saving lives this month yet: we're still fundraising for 8 lives out of an Oklahoma kill pen that ship to slaughter this week 🙏🏻

Which one stole your heart? 🧡

Thursday afternoon the last trailer opened and the final group of our October rescues walked into quarantine. Paints, bays, and wild hearts that had no idea how much love was waiting on the other side of that door. Now the healing starts: rest, food, and time to mend their bodies, minds and spirits.

This is video 4 of 6 today. You'll see every horse we saved over today's series, so stay tuned and meet each one of them by name tomorrow (Sunday)! 🧡
