This weekend, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ambroš Duo Prague - Miroslav Ambroš and Zuzana Ambrošová - from the Czech Republic to Atlanta.

Atlanta hosted the final concerts of their 2026 U.S. tour, before the duo returns home to the Czech Republic. During their tour, they performed in several cities across the United States, and we were delighted that Atlanta was among them.

With the support of the Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic in Georgia and Česká a slovenská škola v Atlantě / Czech and Slovak School of Atlanta, the musicians presented two beautiful concerts for our community. The program began with the Czech national anthem and featured works by Antonín Dvořák as well as other international pieces.

The second, more intimate chamber concert was hosted by Boris Cepeda at the European Piano Academy of Atlanta.

We are also grateful to Spevak Winery for their generous support with wine, which made the rainy Atlanta afternoon even more enjoyable.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating Czech music and culture. We wish Ambroš Duo Prague a safe journey back to the Czech Republic and hope to welcome them again in Atlanta in the future.
