We mourn the loss of our friend and colleague, Labor Commissioner Bruce Thompson, and send our condolences to his family. Bruce lived the American Dream as a successful businessman, and he devoted his life to family, faith and public service.

Congratulations to our re-elected leadership team! Speaker Jon Burns and Speaker Pro Tem Jan Jones were renominated for their roles. Majority Leader Chuck Efstration, Majority Whip James Burchett, Caucus Chairman Bruce Williamson, Caucus Vice Chairman Houston Gaines, and Caucus Secretary Treasurer Ginny Ehrhart were also re-elected to their positions.

On Veterans Day, we thank the brave Georgians, including these patriots in the House Republican Caucus, who served to protect the freedoms enjoyed by all Americans.
