NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED IN FIRE &
LIFE SAFETY REQUIRED. We are located in
downtown Atlanta, GA. Great pay, great benefits,

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and
professional attitude toward customers at all
times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers and team
through various channels.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and
requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide
professional customer support.

TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT:
- Conduct Fire & Life Safety testing,
inspections, and repairs.
- Report problems or discrepancies resulting
from inspections.
- Complete reports and paperwork associated
with inspections.
- Interact with building owner or building engineer prior to, during, and after completion of the testing process.
