APS Families, the day has arrived! Our student telehealth services begin today!
When students are not feeling well, they often miss more school when they can’t see a doctor. We are making doctor and therapy visits available to all students through Hazel, so they can receive care and return to learning faster. Wondering whether your child has allergies or a potential flu? Your child says they have a headache that just won’t go away, and you’re not sure whether it’s serious? Virtual doctor and therapy visits will be available beginning today! (Our on-site telehealth services will roll out on October 31 and November 28 at all traditional APS schools.)
Learn more and sign up at: https://my.hazel.co/atlantapublicschools/
If you have already completed the form, thank you! Spread the word and help us reach 100% of families this week by reminding your fellow APS families to opt-in to this new service.
