We cautioned against relying solely on legislative and judicial processes, advocating instead for a human rights-based approach to secure economic and social justice. To achieve this, we propose an insular voting process within the states where we reside, facilitated by elections overseen by international lawyers and human rights defenders trained by our Institute. We call upon civil rights organizations and their members to unite with freedom-loving human rights organizations, the Afro-Descendant Nation Confederated, the Nation of Islam, and indigenous rights organizations. Together, we can mobilize the 50 million Afro-descendants in the United States towards an inclusive, non-denominational, and independent confederation.
