ICYMI: Yesterday, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution broke a story revealing that Rick Jackson, Republican nominee for governor, chairs the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization which openly bans LGBTQ+ families from fostering children in need.

This is an illuminating reflection of Jackson's values– and a warning for all of us of what kind of policies Jackson could support as governor. The stakes of this election are clear: we need a governor who will work for ALL Georgia families. We need Keisha for Georgia.

Georgians turned out this week in record numbers to vote early in the general election, but we need to keep that momentum going!

If you haven't already voted early, weekend voting will be happening statewide on these upcoming Saturdays, October 17 and 24!

Sunday voting will also be happening in certain counties ONLY on October 18 and 25. To confirm early voting times and locations for your county, visit: mvp.sos.ga.gov

Georgia Equality and Front Porch Improv Theatre invite you to Pride in Democracy, a nonpartisan early voting drive happening THIS SATURDAY, October 17 at Front Porch Improv Theatre!

Check-in begins at 12:30 PM. We'll share quick, nonpartisan voter education (ID requirements and what's on your ballot), have light refreshments, and then carpool together to the Voter Registration Annex to cast our early votes.
