U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff has won the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate in Georgia.
That's not a surprise. The incumbent was running unopposed in the primary as he seeks a second term.
Ossoff holds a commanding fundraising lead and has bided his time while his would-be GOP opponents have fought to gain traction on the campaign trail.
Three Republicans β Buddy Carter, Mike Collins and Derek Dooley β are competing to challenge him.
Follow more live updates and results at the link in our bio.
