Clark Atlanta University graduated 13 student leaders who stepped up to be Campus CERT members on Saturday, September 14, 2019.
The ladies celebrated with a campus chant...as they made history by becoming the FIRST HBCU CERT members.

Chief Boyd recently made history by becoming the highest-ranked black woman in the department.

And....she walked in listening to Beyonce's "Girls Run the World" song....
