We’re grateful for partners like Kadi Paragan-Singh, Project Manager with Aniz, who recently shared her experience working with our team.

She has experienced firsthand how our streamlined process helps clients transition into stable housing faster and with greater confidence. What could have been a stressful and unpredictable journey instead became a smooth and supported one, driven by access to a range of housing options and timely financial assistance she called a true “game changer.”

Thank you, Kadi, for your partnership and for the work you do to support our community.

We’re excited to be featured in a new national guide from the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans on the LOVE Fund!

As a fund administrator and fiscal agent, we support this work by managing payments, tracking outcomes, and leveraging a strong network of landlord partners to expand available units and negotiate better terms for veterans.

It’s a powerful example of what’s possible through collaboration - and how communities can help veterans access housing faster.

Within just 10 days of intake with our housing support team, Frank Bussey III, U.S. Army Veteran, was housed.

After an injury-related discharge and unexpected financial barriers upon returning home, Frank found himself unable to afford rent and relying on loved ones for housing.

Through a referral from the VA’s CRRC and support from our Housing Navigator Carlos Simmons, we were able to secure Frank housing, and cover his move-in costs and first month’s rent - ensuring he has time and space to rebuild his life after service.

"We’re proud to be taking part in Partners for HOME ’ Downtown Rising initiative - which has housed over 400 individuals previously living without housing in the Atlanta area.

As newly housed resident Jordan Barron shares, “When I actually got the key to my own place, it was uplifting… I got somewhere to just have peace of mind.”

One of the biggest barriers to housing can be a past eviction.

Working alongside Rapid Rehousing Case Manager Shavone Jones at Covenant House Georgia , we’re able to help remove barriers like these so more Atlantans can access stable housing.

She shares, “They've helped me house several young adults here… one in particular had an eviction, and they helped him pay off the balance, get it removed from his credit report, and housed him afterwards. I appreciate their work so much.”

The need for affordable housing in Atlanta is greater than many realize. In Cobb County, recent reports show that:

✅ 87,000 Households qualify for housing assistance

but

❌ Fewer than 10% of these households are actually receiving it

This gap makes our work to connect those in need of affordable housing even more urgent. Learn how Cobb County is taking action: https://shorturl.at/scAji
