Leadership is about inspiring and empowering others!
Today, we wrapped up Part 2 of 4 in the Guardian's Ascent Leadership and Development Program, designed to strengthen leaders at every level. Part 2 focused on Leading Others: Expanding Influence and Inspiring Action. Helping others feel valued, inspired, and empowered starts with how you connect, motivate, and build relationships with your team. It was a great two days of training!
We're already looking forward to Part 3: Leading Teams: Aligning People, Purpose, and Performance this September!
A special thank you to Frank Trammer, CEO and Founder of Guardian Leadership, for partnering with us on this program and especially for spending time with us the day of his birthday which was yesterday!

We're excited to introduce PAC’s summer interns: Gabby Alexandre, Madison Blackmon, Elle McKinney, and Sam Thompson!
Gabby, Elle, and Sam will be working with our Legal Services Division, while Madison will be interning with our SAKI Division (the first intern to serve in this department!).
It's going to be a great summer, and we're excited for them to learn from our team while contributing to the important work we do every day.

Today is the last day of NOVA's Advanced Crisis Response Team Training! Similar to the Basic CRT training offered annually through PAC, this 24-hour course is packed with essential protocols that prepare attendees to respond effectively in times of mass-casualty crisis.
Over the past few days, participants explored the impact of trauma, team deployment strategies, and best practices for working with the media.
We’re always grateful for the opportunity to partner with NOVA, and we look forward to continuing this important work together!

We said farewell (almost) to Haydee R. Jones, who will officially retire from PAC on June 1. Haydee began her career with the State of Georgia in 2005 and has grown and advanced through the years, ultimately joining PAC as our Senior HR Generalist.
Thank you, Haydee, for your many years of dedicated service to the State of Georgia and for all you’ve contributed to PAC. While we’re sad to see you go, we’re so excited for you as you begin this next chapter!

The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia is a nine member, non-partisan body of elected District Attorneys and Solicitors-General from around Georgia who, along with the Executive Director and staff, serve as the fiscal officer for the District Attorneys and provide assistance to all of the prosecuting attorneys of the State in their efforts against criminal activity and in enforcing the laws of the State of Georgia.
In a recent campaign text message concerning the May 19 Republican Primary for District Attorney for the Paulding Judicial Circuit, an assertion was made about the Council supplying data about a particular candidate to another candidate. That statement is false.
No request was ever made to the Council or its staff. PACGA cannot speak to the accuracy of the data contained in the text and any conclusions drawn from it. The Executive Director has spoken to the campaign responsible for the ad and asked that a correction be made, removing the Council’s name.
The Council calls on all candidates vying for an elected prosecutor position to conduct themselves honestly, ethically, and to the highest standards in their actions on the campaign trail just as they are expected to do while in the courtrooms of Georgia.
