It’s a fun, electric show. I highly recommend!

I’ve got a lot of fitness goals in 2024, so I signed myself up for a bunch of 5ks - including one on New Years Day. I woke up and said, “nope, I’m not doing it.” But I did, and I’m glad I did because I’m recently pulled something in my shoulder and need to keep active without weight lifting for a minute.

Anyways, if you want to play a sport or run or walk or work out together sometime, hit me up!

Nearly three years ago, an accident at Foundation Food Group took the lives of six people and rocked Gainesville’s thriving and diverse latiné communities. As the new report, which you can read about in the AJC today, shows - these losses were preventable.

The largest industry in America’s most representative swing state is poultry. The people who feed America are essential, and they deserve support. They deserve political representation. They deserve our gratitude and welcome.

Thank you to everyone who supports these communities. I hope this holiday season is restful for you, and please keep the families who lost loved ones in your thoughts.

Fantasy Football season begins once again today. The group has changed some, but some of y’all I’ve been playing with for over a decade now, and I’m glad for this ridiculous piece of consistency in my life.

This year’s team is “Geno Smith Goes to Washington.” Unless he lays an egg tonight, in which case it’ll either by The Jackson Pollards, Judge Jeudy, or Jeudy Blooms.

But I’m giving Geno a chance to lead this team. He deserves it.
