On February 17th, the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity partnered with Spelman College to lead an engaging, interactive Curated Legislative Experience that invited participants to thoughtfully examine how s*x discrimination appears in employment and housing and to explore meaningful ways to prevent it.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, our Fair Housing Division delivered a presentation at the Department of Community Affairs' (DCA) Fall Conference in Savannah, Georgia. From our interactive skit to the popular fair housing exercises, attendees remained engaged, energetic, and full of insightful questions.
Thank you to Fair Housing Division Director, Karlene Stevens and Compliance Officer, John Mack for sharing your fair housing expertise and experiences to better serve communities across Georgia. We are grateful for the opportunity to share knowledge and strengthen fair housing efforts statewide. We look forward to the next event.

GCEO was proud to donate a variety of gifts in support of the 2025 Clarke Christmas Kids, helping bring holiday cheer to children in foster care—one gift at a time.
Our team came together to donate toys and gifts to help make the season a little brighter for children in foster care. We remain committed to giving back each holiday season and spreading joy throughout our community.
