Natalie Hall is a longtime public servant, technology executive, and community advocate with more than 30 years of experience in government, information technology, public administration, and community service. She served as Fulton County Commissioner for District 4 from 2017 through 2024 after previously serving six years as Chief of Staff to the late Commissioner Joan P. Garner. In 2021, her colleagues unanimously selected her to serve as Vice Chair of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.
During her tenure, Hall championed initiatives focused on health and behavioral health, youth and seniors, housing stability, economic opportunity, technology, civic engagement, and constituent services. She was known for bringing government directly into the community through town halls, mobile units, resource fairs, health and wellness events, youth programs, and partnerships connecting residents with essential services and opportunities.
Her signature community initiatives included the Joan P. Garner Walk and Health Fair, C.E.O.’s of Tomorrow — Careers, Entrepreneurship and Opportunities, Senior Beltline Tour, and Empowering Young Men to Excel. She also advocated for vulnerable residents through efforts addressing behavioral health, homelessness, housing, hiring fairs, and eviction prevention, food insecurity, and access to government resources.
Hall’s public service extended beyond Fulton County through leadership and committee involvement with the Association County Commissioners of Georgia and the National Association of Counties, addressing issues including technology, healthy and resilient communities, economic development, transportation, and government policy.
She is also a Certified Public Manager and Certified County Commissioner.
Hall continues her work in public service and technology leadership, applying her experience. Her approach to leadership remains rooted in what she calls “HEART-work” — listening to people, responding to community needs, creating opportunities, and turning public service into meaningful action.
