All of us want to offer our condolences to the Honorable Lisa McDonald, Superior Court Clerk in Taylor County, upon the passing of her husband Gene.

The Criminal Case Data Exchange (CDX) Board has adopted a major revision of their Uniform Standards for the Creation and Transmission of Electronic Criminal History Data. The Board convened on November 11th, 2023 and voted to adopt the proposed revision. Clerks are represented on The CDX Board by Superior Court Clerk of Forsyth County Greg Allen and Executive Director of the Council of Superior Court Clerks Michael Holiman.
