The 2026 Workers’ Compensation Law Institute returns to Jekyll Island Oct. 22-23 with the latest on the issues shaping workers’ compensation practice in Georgia. Limited to 24 participants, the program requires advance preparation, including drafting and “filing” briefs by the July 27 deadline, and participating in a moot court with individualized critiques.
