What a great morning at yesterday's South Shore Summit!

The event brought together business leaders, elected officials, and regional stakeholders for meaningful conversations about the challenges and opportunities shaping South Jersey's economic future.

A special thank you to Dr. Max Slusher and the Atlantic County Economic Alliance (ACEA) for their outstanding work in providing the research, data, and insights that help inform regional priorities, drive meaningful conversations, and strengthen our collective voice.

On October 20, the Greater Atlantic City Chamber, in partnership with the Atlantic County Economic Alliance brought together business leaders, elected officials, and regional stakeholders to discuss the findings of ACEA's Greater Atlantic City Casino-Hotel Employment Exposure Assessment. https://ow.ly/W1Iy5100uTz

With an estimated 8,000 jobs potentially at risk, the impact of expanded gaming and convention facilities in North Jersey extends well beyond Atlantic City's casinos. Small businesses, suppliers, contractors, restaurants, and employers throughout South Jersey all have a stake in the conversation.

The Chamber supports economic development throughout New Jersey while recognizing the importance of protecting existing jobs and investments and ensuring businesses have a fair opportunity to compete.
