We could not have asked for a more beautiful fall day 🍁🍂 for Tour De Park's 8-mile ride across Atlantic! Huge THANK YOU to Cass County IA Master Gardeners, Bike Farm, Atlantic Disc Golf Club, Partnership for Progress, Southwest Iowa Civil Air Patrol, Cass County Iowa State University Extension, Cass County Conservation, Nishnabotna Water Defenders , Nishna Valley YMCA, and the Atlantic Kiwanis. Learning about all the great initiatives and resources these organizations provide to the Atlantic area was both informative and inspiring! Showing up and doing the work is what we love about this community.

Last but not least, thanks to Nishna Valley Trails for the continued support and leadership providing amazing biking trails for our community! 🚲♥

Due to the amount of recent rain, we are locking the waterless toilet at the West side of Schildberg Campground and Recreational Area until wastewater can safely empty the chamber. The bathroom on the East side/Campground will remain open. Thank you for your patience!

We planted 15 trees today!! A sincere thank you to all that showed up ready to get their hands dirty and break a sweat! We planted a variety of species including oaks, sugar maple, river birch, skyline honey locust, and quaking aspen. We can’t wait for future generations to enjoy 🌳 💚🌳
