Soap Making Class
Monday October 26, 6:00 p.m
The class will be held at Caney Community Center, 247 Cobb Street, Caney Ok
Must preregister by October 19th
$15 per person
The price is for your supplies which includes your silicone soap molds, the soap base, mica soap colors, herbs, and the accessories and instructions to make your own soap bars. We also include a variety of recipes for different soaps.
Come join us to make:
1- Medicinal soap to support your skin during the winter weather
2- Using a sea sponge in soap
3- Melt and pour goats milk soap- pick from available colors and scents
4- Melt and pour glycerin soap, using herbs and pick from available colors and scents
OHCE is sponsoring a soap making class for you to learn about the variety of soaps you can make, bar, liquid, and lye soaps. We will also give you information on classes available where you can learn how to make goats milk, including milking a goat.
Pre-register and pay for your supplies at the OSU Extension Office located at 200 East Court Street , Atoka OK before October 19th to ensure we will have enough supplies.
