More Than Candy: A Community of Blue Devils

Last night, the Etowah High School track was filled with costumes, candy, laughter, and plenty of Blue Devil spirit as families gathered for our annual Trick or Treat the Blue Devils event!

Our high school athletic teams, band, danceline, and colorguard came together to hand out candy, share smiles, and make memories with some of our youngest Blue Devils. Members of our Central Office staff and our superintendent joined in the fun, too!

But the sweetest part of the evening wasn’t the candy. It was seeing our students interact with the children who look up to them, our staff connecting with families, and our schools coming together to celebrate the community we’re proud to call home.

Events like these remind us that being a Blue Devil is about so much more than what happens inside our classrooms or on our athletic fields. It’s about the connections we build and the community we share.

Once a Blue Devil, always a Blue Devil!

More Than a Game: Building Connections Through Kickball

At Etowah High School, a game of kickball is creating opportunities for students to connect beyond the classroom. While kickball brings them together, the relationships developed along the way are what make this activity meaningful.

It’s an opportunity for students to spend time together, encourage one another, and build connections that extend beyond the game.

Sometimes, the most important things happening at school aren’t measured by a score. They’re found in the everyday experiences that bring students together.

Building connections, one book at a time! 📚

We love seeing our Etowah High School students serve as role models for our youngest Blue Devils! What a wonderful opportunity to encourage a love of reading while building meaningful relationships across our district.

Thank you to our EHS Chick-fil-A Leader Academy students and Chick-fil-A Gadsden for making a difference in the lives of our students!

We’re excited to introduce neighborhood bridges, a program designed to help connect students and families with resources and support within our community.

Working together to make neighborhood bridges a success!
