Some good upcoming classes for those who want to learn some basic first aid. Always good to have some training in case of an emergency

There have been some questions about these grey boxes showing up around town. I reached out and spoke with the engineering firm that is doing the study in south Shawnee county and they advised me that these are traffic counters for their study. These are not....I repeat THESE ARE NOT FLOCK CAMERAS. There has been no conversation with APD or the city about the use of Flock cameras within Auburn city limits. Hope ya'll have a blessed day.

Alrighty folks. Well it appears that we have had some vehicle break ins and stolen cars over the weekend. Just a reminder to remove all valuables from your vehicles and lock your vehicles. Most criminals look for easy targets and an unlocked vehicle in the dark is one of the easiest. If you have found that you have had things stolen please report it so we can hopefully find some video footage of the person/people doing this. You can contact either Auburn Police Department or the Shawnee County Sheriffs Office
