As DSP week comes to an end, we want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank each of our DSP's for the work you do every day. Being a Direct Support Professional is so much more than a job, it is about building relationships, creating opportunities, encouraging independence, and making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

Your patience, compassion, dedication, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile do not go unnoticed. There are countless things you do each day that may seem small, but it makes a huge difference in someone’s life.

We are incredibly grateful for everything our DSP's bring to our team. You are valued, you are appreciated, and the work you do matters.

Thank you to all of our front line managers for the planning and implementation of this week to make it a success.

We have a great team and we are so proud of our DSP's!

A huge shout out to our amazing dancers who performed last night at their recital in Bath. Your hard work, dedication and team work truly shined on stage. Also, a BIG thank you to our incredible staff Alicia, Kendra and Tawny for your continued support through weekly dance classes and working two late nights back to back this week!

What a great week we had! We took advantage of the nice weather (when it was out). Some got to cuddle baby goats and lambs, others volunteered at a horse farm, while some have been dedicated practicing for their track and field events or just working on their over health and fitness. Lastly, we’re putting in that extra work to get our garden beds ready to transplant our seedlings!
