Two Saturdays worth getting out for in Auburn!

Join Sierra Native Alliance for the 19th annual Auburn Big Time and Pow Wow on October 17. Celebrate Native cultures with traditional dancing, drumming, Native artists, Indian Tacos, and raffle prizes. Everyone is welcome, with free admission and parking.

Then grab your board for Shred the Habit with placerytag! Skate competitions, music, and an afternoon with your community.

Auburn does it again! W**e, ale & perfect pairings in Downtown and Old Town Auburn, CA was an incredible afternoon of good food, great drinks, and some of our favorite people.

Our small businesses welcomed local restaurants and wineries into their shops, giving everyone a reason to wander around town, try something delicious, and catch up with friends along the way.

Thank you to everyone who came out and everyone who helped make it happen. Days like this make us love Auburn even more.

Porchfest brought out the best of Auburn: musicians sharing their work, neighbors opening their yards, and people making time to enjoy it together. What an incredible day of roaming around town for music and people.

Behind it all were organizers and volunteers willing to put in the work for a really good Sunday.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen. Auburn knows how to host.

Your groceries have a story. In Auburn, you can meet the people behind it. Real Food Farmers Market brings farmers, ranchers and makers together so you can ask questions, learn how your food was grown or raised, and buy directly from the people who put the work into it.

From fresh produce and pasture-raised eggs to regeneratively raised meats, artisan bread and local honey, it’s a chance to fill your kitchen with good food while supporting the farms and small businesses that help our community thrive. With live music, and handmade goods, your weekly grocery stop becomes an afternoon spent connecting with your neighbors.

This Thursday, October 8, join their Meet the Maker event. Pick up a flyer and collect signatures from participating vendors for a chance to win a $350 market basket. No purchase necessary.

Auburn’s porches are becoming stages, and you’re invited.

This Sunday, October 4, Auburn Porchfest brings an afternoon of free live music to porches, front yards and neighborhood gathering spots across town. Wander between performances, find a new favorite band and spend a little time with the people who make Auburn special.

Here’s what to know:

Porch performances run from noon to 4 p.m. across five zones: Downtown, Old Town, Robie Point, Recreation Park and Skyridge.
Gather at the Downtown Clocktower at 3:45 p.m. for the parade, departing at 4:15 p.m., followed by a community singalong at Branches at the Carnegie Library. The fun continues until 5:30 p.m.
Bring comfortable shoes, water, a folding chair and a bell to ring with the neighborhood at noon, 1, 2 and 3 p.m. A little cash to tip the musicians is appreciated, too.

Another fantastic Vintage & Antique Fair in Old Town Auburn

Maybe it was the spicy Bloody Marys. Maybe it was the morning mimosas. Or maybe it was the pleasure of finding something with a little history and a lot of soul. Whatever the reason, spirits were high as shoppers hunted through vintage finds and antique treasures, giving yesterday’s favorites another chance to be loved.

This event is becoming something people are talking about and anticipating with excitement! We’re already looking forward to next year!

A huge thank you to the organizers, the vendors, the women keeping the drinks flowing, and everyone who showed up ready to rummage, reminisce, and take a little history home.
