🎸 Happy Boss’s Day to our very own rock star, Mr. Lockamy! 🎸

Before he became an educator and principal, Mr. Lockamy was rocking out in a band called Huxley! To celebrate, our staff wore their favorite band shirts and surprised him with a celebration in the lounge, complete with his favorite snacks. 🍬🤘

Mr. Lockamy, thank you for your leadership, your dedication to our students and staff, and everything you do for our Garfield Grizzlies. We’re proud to be part of your band! 🐻🎶

We’re excited to kick off Garfield PTO’s annual schoolwide fundraiser!

Give Today. Grow Tomorrow.
🎯 Goal: $15,000
📅 August 28 – September 27

Every dollar raised helps PTO provide field trips, student shirts, yearbooks, classroom needs, school events & more!

Watch for Grizzly Give information coming home with students tomorrow! Families will also receive an email with their student’s personalized fundraising link, making it easy to share with friends and family.

No selling. No complicated challenges. Just Grizzlies coming together for our school.

Lets Go, Grizzlies! 💙🐻💛🐻💙

Augusta Schools USD 402 - Lincoln Elementary we heard your challenge and here is our response! Nice jump roping skills BTW⭐️⭐️

Augusta Schools USD 402 - Ewalt Elementary we like your teamwork and your skills! Love that your mascot joined in too! 💙❤️☑️☑️

Now it’s our turn to show our Grizzly Grit… 💙💛🐻
We love a good challenge! We had to bring out some of our tallest staff members to complete this challenge and they dusted off their double dutch skills 😅

Just wondering if we can get some extra points since Mr. Lockamy jumped around in his principal clothes!? 😉😉

Greyhounds, Grizzlies, and Leopards… here you go!
