We have a bunch of programming scheduled for this week, including the first meeting of our new Silent Book Club. Just bring the book your reading and find a quiet place in the library to sit and read. Inbetween books right now? We can probably help you find something.

We also have our Trick or Treat event for children ages 0-6 and their families. Join us on Saturday at 2:00pm for stories, music, activities, and a change for a low-key trick or treat experience around the library.

Finally, take a look at our craft program next week! On Thursday, October 29 at 5:30pm, we have a Beanie Baby Taxidermy workshop. To fill the class, we are now opening registration up to adults! Contact the library staff for details.

Do you use Libby?

Starting on Monday, October 5, you’ll have to enter both your library card number and PIN to access ebooks, audiobooks, and digital magazines from OverDrive with the Libby app or the Wisconsin’s Digital Library site. This will be the same PIN you use to log into the MORE Catalog and MORE Libraries app.

Here’s what you need to know.

You’ll be asked to verify your library card number and PIN

This may happen when you open Libby, check out an item, or place a hold

Have your library card number and PIN handy

Forgot your PIN? Instructions for resetting your PIN are in the Help section of the MORE online catalog, or reach out to your local library for help.

Thank you! This update is part of Libby’s efforts to enhance account security. We understand that changes to familiar services can feel frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we make this security update.
