Sunnymere, Inc. Sunnymere is a small, non-profit, Independent and Assisted Living community offering affordable all-

Sunnymere provides a gracious setting for seniors who are no longer able to live safely on their own, or couples who cannot safely provide care for each other. As one of the family members of a resident stated, "At Sunnymere, the caring staff take care of the day-to-day eldercare so my time with Dad can be carefree and relaxed instead of rushed and busy. I can be his daughter, not his 'caregiver.'
Sunnymere now has a Philips Lifeline Personal Security System for our residents with pendants that directly contact staff pagers in the event of an emergency.

Last week, the Tuesday Garden Club came to visit with flowers, vases and clippers. They helped the residents create lovely arrangements for their rooms, the dining tables and all around Sunnymere. The residents really enjoyed this. Thank you, Garden Club!!

When a resident passes, it is very hard on the other residents and the staff. We lost Patti L last week and we will miss her.

In her obituary, the family said some very kind words about Sunnymere.
"For the last several years, Patti made her home at Sunnymere, where she was cared for with extraordinary kindness, compassion, and dignity. Her family is deeply grateful to the entire Sunnymere staff for the wonderful care they provided and for the genuine affection they showed her throughout her time there. Their patience, warmth, and dedication brought great comfort to Patti and to everyone who loved her."
