Every day, individuals living with Angelman syndrome face challenges most people can’t imagine. They and their families deserve support, hope, and a future filled with possibilities.
💙 The ASF has invested over $20 million in innovative research and therapeutic development to transform the future of Angelman syndrome.
💙 ASF supports families with free counseling sessions, communication devices, safety beds, and programs that improve quality of life.

With your support, individuals with Angelman syndrome and their families don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Together, we can lift them up.

We love you ASF Clinics and the families they serve!! Danielle Rigby, we love seeing Kai so happy!

When Kai was just four months old, his family learned he had Angelman syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects approximately 1 in 15,000 people. Thanks to the generosity of donors, Kai has received specialized care, therapy and support through Kennedy Krieger's Angelman Syndrome Clinic for the past 15 years.

Today, he's still making strides, leading the way at the Angelman Strong Baltimore Walk each spring, surrounded by family, friends and a community that believes in his future.

Your support helps children like Kai continue their journeys. Consider making a gift today. 💜

✈️🚗Traveling for the holidays or curious about trying a safety bed? We can help make your trip a little easier.

Thanks to Abram’s Nation, a sponsor of the 2026 ASF Family Conference and a valued partner of the Angelman syndrome community, Angelman families can borrow a travel safety bed for up to a week.

If you're planning a trip or want to try a safety bed before making a longer-term decision, this opportunity can help you explore an option that may bring added safety and peace of mind.

“You did not fail this trial. Your child did not fail this trial.”

For Angelman families who carried so much hope into ASPIRE, those words matter.💥

Amanda read the results as the CEO of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, and then as Jackson’s mom.

That second read hurt.💔

Her message makes room for disappointment while holding onto something no trial can measure: every person’s worth.

Read her heartfelt reflection on Jackson, the families who made research possible, and finding reasons to keep going: https://bit.ly/4yn5SXk

Front page news! 📰 💙

We’re excited to see the Chicago Tribune shining a spotlight on our 2026 Windy City Angels duo teams! During the Chicago Marathon, a Tribune reporter spoke with ASF CEO Amanda Moore about Angelman syndrome and our team of 68 runners and the powerful stories behind them.

Today, a story featuring Chicago-area duo team Todd and Logan Hill is on the front page of the Tribune’s e-newspaper! We couldn’t be more excited for this opportunity to raise awareness of Angelman syndrome and celebrate the individuals and families who make up our duo teams.

Thank you to the Chicago Tribune for helping share their story with a wider audience! 💙
