The Perez Elementary School PTA warmly invites your organization to join us in celebrating Perez Elementary School’s 20th Anniversary and Fall Festival on Friday, October 30, 2026!
For 20 years, Perez Elementary has been a place where children learn, families connect, and community grows. We are excited to mark this milestone by bringing together students, families, educators, alumni, neighbors, and community partners for an evening of celebration, activities, food, and fun.
As an organization that serves and supports our community, we would love for you to be part of the celebration.
Join Our Community Partner & Trunk-or-Treat Area
We are inviting nonprofit organizations, community-based groups, public agencies, educational partners, and other local service providers to participate as community vendors and partners. Organizations are welcome to host a table or booth where they can meet Perez families, share information and resources, provide family-friendly activities, and introduce our community to the services they provide.
We especially encourage participating organizations to join our Trunk-or-Treat! Partners can decorate a vehicle in a fun, family-friendly theme and distribute candy, treats, small giveaways, or other goodies to children as they make their way through the festival. Organizations are also welcome to incorporate games, activities, educational materials, or information about their programs into their Trunk-or-Treat setup.
Participation might include:
Hosting a decorated vehicle for the Trunk-or-Treat;
Providing candy, treats, books, school supplies, or other child-friendly giveaways;
Hosting an interactive game, craft, demonstration, or family activity; or
Sharing information about programs, services, and resources available to Perez families
There is no vendor fee for participating community and public-service partners. Our goal is to create a fun celebration while also strengthening the relationships between Perez families and the organizations that serve our community.

Additional information about arrival, setup, parking, and Trunk-or-Treat logistics will be provided to participating organizations before the event.
