Government The Texas and Czech Republic partnership is a mature partnership established over 16 years ago.

The State Partnership Program (SPP) was established on 14 July 1993. LTC Onel Colon served as the SPP-Director with, 1LT Mary Ann Gonzales as the Coordinator, SSG Sportlon T Jones serving as the NCOIC. MAJ Dick Jinks serves as the Bilateral Affairs Officer, with duty station in the US Embassy, Prague, Czech Republic.
