Professional newcomers enjoyed an evening at SuperFresh this week creating their very own spring flower arrangement for the porch!

Newcomers were busy last week, first with a visit from author Stephanie Landsem and then at Riverland Community College for the musical, "The Unsinkable Molly Brown."

Professional newcomers enjoyed discussing "Wilhelm's Way" with author Teresa Wilhelm Waldof last evening at the Hormel Institute. The author's grandfather, a chemist at the University of Iowa, discovered how to extract pure uranium for the Manhattan Project during WWII. As a special treat, participants learned a bit about the Hormel Institute's cryo-electron microscope, with a discussion led by scientist Janarjan Bhandari.

Main Street Pinball hosted our professional newcomers last night for some networking and fun!
