The rogue and disgraced NERFA region sent me another retaliation email today. They just don’t get it…

Because of the activities they took in the last board election, they are _very_ sensitive about potential legal investigations and are _very_ eager to retaliate and shut up the members and petition signers.

They have banned me from the conference and have cancelled all community meetings to cover up the growing scandal.

It won’t work. This is not about me.

Come September, in the context of the new board elections, if there is not action by FAI, there will be a major effort by the members to educate all FAI members and the over all community.

There will be social media and email information efforts. I have been told that there will be reports to the attorney general of Pensylvania. There will be formal calls to revoke memberships of those who have, and continue to act unethically and hurt people. And other actions as needed.

All remedies by the membership and community are on the table. Again, it’s not remotely about me.

I just attended a few minutes of the little breakout session for NERFA at the FAI event.

On the road and busy, but it is amazing to me that this outright scandal has still not been addressed and that the national and northeast membership has not been informed.

It is stunning that these people not only have not been removed as members, but that they are still being given a platform by FAI.

People are telling me that they are giving it a few more weeks…let’s see...

I would lIke to suggest to you that you share, everyday, a couple of independent music things that show in your feed.

Sharing shows by, or music from, artists you like is the most powerful thing you can do to support live independent music and artists.

Why not make it a habit?
