Texas Proposal Could Become A National Model For Reining In Regulatory Costs Legislation introduced by Texas Representative Dustin Burrows (R) would reduce administrative costs for employers by eliminating a patchwork of local regulations. Proponents say Burrows' reform would be "a victory for Main Street" that increases employers' job-creating and sustaining capacity.
