Office of Government Efficiency:
Proposed Rule Modifications Information Session

The Governor’s Office of Government Efficiency has tasked the Texas Commission on Fire Protection with reviewing and simplifying its administrative rules to make them easier to understand and use. This initiative provides an opportunity to reduce confusion, eliminate redundancies, and update outdated language in order to better serve our fire service partners.
This one-hour session will be hosted by Chief Mike Wisko and will include an overview of the initiative, an explanation of the rule review process, and an opportunity for participants to ask questions. Most importantly, we are seeking your input and feedback to help guide the best path forward as we undertake this important work.
